Joshua is a longtime teacher of mindfulness meditation, a writer, musician, and holds a Master’s degree in Contemplative Psychology. He has over 20 years of experience supporting and leading retreats around the world that inspire personal growth and collective healing. Join Joshua on this journey as he shares his expertise, personal insights and practical tools for mindful, soul-aligned living.
